We do not have a formula approach to our services and we are happy to create custom solutions to meet owner goals. For example, we can organize a 24/7 site presence by combining shifts of security, landscape, housekeeping and maintenance with the oversight of functional managers and a site leader. Of course, this is not a traditional approach, but we feel the services we provide need to evolve with the needs and sophistication of today’s Costa Rica investors.
Association management services are provided on a negotiated fee basis after designing the custom program and related budget. Labor and materials of staff support are reimbursable and the Association management fee is quoted after a mutually agreed assessment of the tasks required.
